Who We Are

United Oil & Gas, LLC was formed in 2015 as a partnership between three E&P entrepreneurs with engineering, operations, finance, and geoscience backgrounds.  United's partners have extensive national and international experience across the broad range of basins.  United's partners came together to start this company to take advantage of the current downturn in the oil & gas market.

Our Goal
United exploits producing properties to bring new life to old, prolific oil fields.  United's partners positioned the company to take advantage of the current oil & gas downturn to acquire for itself and assist other oil & gas firms producing assets at historically low acquisition values.  The company is always evaluating potential acquisitions and welcomes any potential business development projects.
